Jeremiah Raible

Church Coach & Trainer

Jeremiah Raible is a pastorally minded practitioner with a strong blend of worship leadership, communications, and outward-focused ministry. He is known for helping churches translate “Sunday excellence” into disciple-making traction by clarifying the mission, removing friction for newcomers, and building simple, repeatable pathways for connection and growth. He served in a key leadership role at Hope City under Gary, one of the largest churches in the country, where he developed a practical feel for what it takes to build momentum, align teams, and execute ministry systems that actually work.

Jeremiah has served as a Church Coach within the Alberta and Northwest Territories District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), walking with 50+ churches through a defined turnaround process. A measurable outcome of this coaching has been that 40% of churches saw new people come to Christ within two years of engaging the process. His approach centers on mission clarity, disciple-making focus, leadership alignment, and practical implementation that builds sustainable momentum rather than slow-motion change.

Jeremiah now serves with Church Vitalization Canada as a Coach and a trainer of coaches. His focus is to help pastors and emerging coaches build the muscles required for sustained health in smaller and mid-sized churches, not just isolated “hero leader” success stories. He equips leaders with repeatable frameworks for culture change, visitor engagement, and mission drift correction so that local churches can move from plateau to fruitfulness with confidence and durability.
