Bob Jones is a seasoned pastor and church-growth practitioner with nearly three decades of local-church leadership experience. As Lead Pastor of North Pointe Community Church in Edmonton, he guided the church through sustained growth, expanding average attendance from roughly 400 to 1,400. His pastoral track record reflects long-haul leadership: preaching, culture shaping, team building, and the steady systems work that turns a church from stable to scalable.

Since 2020, Bob has served as an Advance Coach with the Alberta and Northwest Territories District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), coming alongside pastors and boards to move churches from plateau into renewed health and momentum.
