Bob Jones
Church Coach & Trainer
Bob Jones is a seasoned pastor and church-growth practitioner with nearly three decades of local-church leadership experience. As Lead Pastor of North Pointe Community Church in Edmonton, he guided the church through sustained growth, expanding average attendance from roughly 400 to 1,400. His pastoral track record reflects long-haul leadership: preaching, culture shaping, team building, and the steady systems work that turns a church from stable to scalable.
Since 2020, Bob has served as an Advance Coach with the Alberta and Northwest Territories District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), coming alongside pastors and boards to move churches from plateau into renewed health and momentum. He brings the credibility of having led real growth in a real church, and he translates that experience into coaching that is practical, implementable, and sensitive to local realities. He has also served in interim pastoral leadership, helping congregations navigate transition seasons with stability and clarity.
Bob also leads REVwords, a communications-focused consultancy built on a simple conviction: words matter. In Church Vitalization Canada, he serves as a coach and trainer of coaches, helping leaders strengthen how they communicate vision, align teams, and create clarity that drives execution. His work equips pastors and coaches to build churches where messaging supports mission, mission shapes culture, and culture produces measurable fruitfulness.
